Smartphones Nokia wants to release maps for iOS and Android – to the Minute News

The Nokia wants to challenge Apple and Google to use their maps. The aim of the Finnish company is to capture feedback from users giving them a new and innovative product, since the maps will be available free of charge and can be used in offline mode.

The Nokia Maps application for Android and iOS systems will be ready by the end of the year. This is the two technology giants accept the challenge of the Finnish brand.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the application will not need internet because the connection is made by satellites, unlike what happens with iPhones . For its part, the smartphones with the Android system have a limited offline access to maps.

The goal of Nokia, which offers this application (Here Maps) for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone, is the to introduce new solutions to users who expect to get feedback.
