Samsung has already begun globally deliver a software update to the latest version of the Google operating system, according to GSMArena has advanced. The first version of the Galaxy S4 to receive the Android 4.4.2 KitKat was the GT-i9500, with Exynos processor, but it is expected that the i9505 variant (with Snapdragon 600) to receive shortly.
The first markets to receive this software update are Russia and India, regions where variant of the Samsung i9500 Galaxy S4 proved quite popular.
This update should bring some improvements that may include an improved lock screen, support for full-screen display of artwork associated with the music of its user a dedicated camera shortcut and some tweaks to the interface user’s smartphone. For the update to occur, you must have at least 1GB of free space for installation. It is expected that the update soon reach more markets.
