LibreOffice – The Office competitor came to Android – Pplware

Until relatively recently the productivity suites was something not make much sense on mobile devices. However, with the growth of sales of smartphones and tablets, the software giants quickly realized this new trend and have adapted their products to most mobile devices.

After a long period of development, LibreOffice Viewer for Android is now available on Google Play.

LibreOffice is an O Open Source productivity software that comes from the OpenOffice source code.

This productivity suite has been gaining more and more users, since it also is increasingly complete and with many similar functionality to its own office Desktop. Now, who have an Android can also have LibreOffice Viewer is now available as a beta version for download.

  • Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013 (.docx , .pptx, .xlsx, .dotx, .xltx, .ppsx)

Unfortunately the application still does not allow the creation / editing of documents, features that must be present in a next version. Although disclosed supported formats, there are indications that not all open
