Ever wondered begin chatting with a stranger while waiting for a bus or subway, or even when you are in a square playing time out? Seems like a somewhat strange idea, but it is what FireChat want to promote. The app has arrived on Google Play and lets you chat with strangers or acquaintances without the need for an internet connection. This is possible thanks to a network that can create the app using WiFi Direct and Bluetooth from your mobile phone. Thus, the range of your home network depends on the scope of these technologies.
After its initial release, a few days ago, the FireChat was only available for iOS and lots of people started talking about the possibilities that a tool like this could have. In addition to meeting strangers, you could end up with a little boredom and to use the excuse of FireChat to break the ice with someone interesting. For now, this is basically it serves.
